Before any design or development occurs we work with the customer to establish the business goals that will define the metrics of success.
The structure and arrangement of the content, known as information architecture is directly derived from establishing the business goals.
Interaction design combines the business goals and information architecture of the website. Each interaction is considered and optimised to provide the best possible experience for the user in the process.
Now we are ready to create the first proof of concept of the application or website. At this stage we are able to discover any new business goals and establish whether further iterations of IA or ID are required.
