It therefore comes as no surprise that we are always looking to enhance and expand our team of web designers and software developers to work on a freelance and potentially full time basis.
If you’re a web designer you’ll need to know how to design for CMS driven web sites as well as having outstanding creative talent. You should be able to think beyond the traditional 3 column layout and should be aware of the latest usability and accessibility guidelines.
As a software developer you’ll be experienced in Ruby and Ruby on Rails and be well-versed in agile software development practices, unit testing, behaviour-driven development (BDD), version control and will work well in a fast-paced working environment.
What is essential in anyone wanting to work with us is the motivation to do great work and a passion for elegant problem-solving. Day-coders should stay away!
All projects and contracts are managed from our Cardiff office. We can however accommodate remote workers.
